Location: Hybrid - Onsite in McLean, VA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Assignment Type: Possible 9 mo Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Salary Range (Upon Conversion): $104K - $156K



Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud EPM Developer / Hyperion Consultant to support a major ERP transition and financial planning system enhancement. This role involves leveraging Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, SQL, and Python to design and optimize planning and budgeting processes within the new ERP framework. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial systems, data transformation, and automation using ETL tools and APIs.



Key Responsibilities:

Support the transition to a new cloud-based ERP solution while maintaining existing financial structures.
Redesign and optimize Hyperion business rules, calculation scripts, and planning scripts to align with the new ERP.
Perform SQL-based data analysis to enhance reporting and decision-making.
Utilize Python scripting and ETL tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, integrating with Workday and other platforms.
Develop and implement API-based data exchange between financial systems.
Ensure seamless budgeting and forecasting functionality within the new ERP hierarchy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate onsite with stakeholders to develop solutions through whiteboarding and strategy discussions.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and Hyperion.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and Python scripting for data transformation.
Familiarity with financial planning and reporting processes within ERP environments.
Experience working with APIs for data exchange.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot financial system integrations.
Prior experience in financial services or working with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EPM Automate.
Background in financial systems development and ERP integration.
Familiarity with Workday data extraction processes.
