Telecommunications Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a related field.Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises VoIP environments.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as E911 compliance and VoIP security standards.Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration of Microsoft UC platforms.Certification(s) such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent.Experience with call center or contact center solutions and integrations.Experience with enterprise-grade VoIP equipment, such as Cisco, Avaya, or similar systems.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
