  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of management experience in healthcare, ideally home health care.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and familiarity with the Richmond market.
  • Proven skills in business development, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Strong track record of achieving goals and successfully growing teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
