Genesis10 is seeking a Licensed Attorney for a 12 month contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA. This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications: Understanding of the finance industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate Securitization
Mortgage Servicing
Asset-based lending


Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint
Strong analytical and communication skills; strong negotiation and document drafting skills
