$10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Incentive Bonus up to $600

Compensation: $38.50 - $52.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Flex Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to support our centers in Arlington & Falls Church, Virginia.

What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging and report results to providers.
Collaborate with Medical Providers & Medical Assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist with clinical tasks, including patient intake and documentation.
Uphold safety & compliance standards while delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages (6 months+).

What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required).
ARRT Certification & VA State Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (Required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required).
Clinical experience preferred (New grads encouraged to apply!).
A team player with a patient-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
