Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• On-Site in Midlothian, VA
• Pay: $40K-$50K + performance bonuses
• Weekly Pay! What You'll Be Doing:
  • Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close deals.
  • Grow client base through phone prospecting, referrals, and networking with key external contacts.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues or escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, even from initial cold outreach.
  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management. What You Need to Succeed:
    • Active Virginia Property & Casualty License (Required)
    • At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and servicing required; experience in an independent agency is preferred.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and technology.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, including phone, email, and in-person communication.
